The Lano Affiliate Partner Program is designed for service providers, consultants, and professionals whose clients require international hiring or payroll solutions. The program features a multi-layered reward system that includes substantial one-time referral bonuses and ongoing revenue shares. For instance, affiliates can earn a one-time bonus of up to €800 per country for outsourced payroll referrals, plus a recurring monthly revenue share based on the number of employees managed. Employer of Record (EOR) referrals also qualify for high-tier bonuses, such as €800 per signed client plus €20 per EOR employee monthly.
From an operational standpoint, the program is managed through a dedicated affiliate platform where partners can access unique tracking links and marketing materials. Payouts are automated and occur monthly after referrals are qualified by the Lano sales team. While the initial tracking window for leads is typically 12 months for commission eligibility from the first referral date, this duration ensures that long-term client growth translates into sustained earnings for the partner.
