It allows users to convert audio and video files into text across more than 50 languages with features like speaker identification, multi-transcript analysis, and automated subtitling. The platform serves various industries, including legal, medical, and media production, by offering secure, audit-ready data and enterprise-grade security compliance such as SOC 2 Type 2 and HIPAA.

The Sonix Affiliate Program is structured to reward partners for referring high-quality subscribers. The program operates on a tiered commission model based on performance. New affiliates start at Tier 1, earning a 10% revenue share on subscription revenue generated by their referrals during the first year of the customer contract. As affiliates reach performance milestones, they can advance to higher tiers: Tier 2 (Silver) offers 20% commission for referring over 50 new subscribers, and Tier 3 (Gold) provides a 33% commission for those referring over 100 subscribers.

Affiliates receive a custom tracking link and access to an Affiliate Portal to monitor leads and earnings. A notable benefit of the program is that approved affiliates are granted a free Sonix Business Plan (subscription fee waived) to help them showcase the product to potential customers, though usage-based transcription fees still apply. Commissions are calculated based on the number of days a referral remains in a paying status and are paid out quarterly via PayPal, provided the balance reaches a minimum threshold of $200. Tracking is managed via a custom cookie-based system to ensure affiliates receive credit for their referrals even if the signup happens at a later time, provided the cookie period has not expired.
